Hi, I'm DeeDee!

I'm a neurodivergent weight loss coach.

How did I get here? Ever since I can remember, I have always struggled with food. Eating it, making it, you name it, everything about meals had always been overwhelming and confusing. Becoming a mom made it even more complicated. When I discovered how to read food labels and create balanced meals I unlocked the power to take care of myself. Like magic, I began to reach my fitness and strength goals.

The change in me awakened a sense of responsibility and urgency to help others like myself. Since 2018, I've been teaching others how to do the same. Since then, I have helped hundreds of people learn how to take care of themselves too. I truly believe that understanding the science of nutrition paired with a compassionate coach gives you the ability to not only reach your weight loss goals, but unlocks the ability to live your best life.

I work with anyone, but have a special heart for other neurodivergent women who need extra hand holding with the whole food thing. I understand the struggle with repetative boring tasks, unpredictable energy levels and the daily overwhelm of life. Together we can (and will!) find unique ways towards your goals.

You'll also find an overshare of personal stories of what it's like to navigate life with ADHD. I hope that by sharing my life it will inspire you to take the next step.
